Running Gait Analysis

Running Gait Analysis

Using a high speed camera I develop a video movement analysis and biomechanical break down of your whole body running form, from the front, rear and side views.

A report is provided to highlight your movement, postural and running strengths and weaknesses.

I then develop a systematic program of corrective exercises and running drills to allow your body to move in the ranges required as well as strengthen weakened muscles and improve technique.

Over a 6 week period we fine tune your movement patterns, range, strength and runnning form so that you are running more efficiently.
